Fixed Prosthodontics

For the rehabilitation of oral function and quality of life

The students can learn fixed prosthetic procedure (crown and fixed partial denture) and the occlusion. In addition, we treat the patients using removable dentures, dental implant, and esthetic dental treatment in addition to fixed prosthetic treatment in hospital. Most of us are engaged in clinical dentistry. We’re conducting researches to solve the problems identified at clinics and to establish the scientific evidence. These results have been reported at academic meetings and in scientific journals. Our team is composed of 20 dentists, including faculty, residents and PhD students and attempts to deliver the high quality of dental treatment to rehabilitate patients’ oral functions and their quality of life.

Message to students

Prosthetic treatment includes the rehabilitation morphologically and functionally. To achieve this treatment, we need to consider various things from the multiple points of view. We need to play an important role to establish the goal of treatment. The researches are planned and undertaken based on our purpose. We’re waiting for anyone who can work with us.
